Very often these homes will be found in Village areas or the outskirts of a Town. They will most likely be in need of reforming. But this can be a very inexpensive way to obtain your first home. And you CAN do this.

We have reformed several properties ourselves.Generally speaking, as an example. Let´s say if you were to buy at €60,000 and spend €25,000 on reform, you would have a good home costing €85,000.

Building plots.

This can be a good option. It is possible to buy a small parcel of land at around €30-40,000 in many parts of the Costa del Sol, and to build a small 2 bedroom home for anywhere around €40-60,000.
