Hola, a warm welcome. I´m Anthony Black, one of the network contributors and creator of this part of our network. I first fell in love with the Costa del Sol as a child and came to live here ten years ago. This is when I had the privilege of being invited to join the network, many of whose members had already been established for 25+ years.
The levels of professionalism and efficiency are well proven, integrity undoubted. Together we have helped buyers and sellers of thousands of homes. You are in safe hands. I have lived in many parts of the world, some very similar, but nothing quite compares with the Costa del Sol.
As a team we have everything you need. Independent and unbiased.
The network is comprised of multiple realty staff, accountants, legal department, administrators, notaries (notary public), builders, maintenance, developers, banks – anything to do with property that makes your transition seamless.
Between us, we know more about property on the Costa del Sol than most. True.
At Estepona.Homes, which is part of my contribution to the network, we also have agreements with dozens of associates and professionals in the same line of Business, on 5 continents. The size of our network combined is 28,000+ and increasing. This gives us an international reach. You can join us too, on a personal level or as a Realtor. The rewards can be very substantial.
I am also grateful to have excellent staff, mostly working remotely. Friends, professional colleagues all around the globe, literally. Some are voluntary consultants or advisors to our charitable endeavours. Others are paid for their technical skills. Many are rewarded for their marketing and networking contributions.
The thing I love most about our line of business is that we don´t actually “compete” with anyone. There are always ways to “compliment” and benefit each other and our clients by working together.
Our business motto is: “Reciprocity”.
I am a firm believer that good business creates a “win-win” situation for all involved. My modus operandi is: “Accept the risk and responsibility, be rewarded together by achievement, not otherwise”. In our case that means obtaining results for our clients. If not we receive Nada!
On a personal note.
It has been my pleasure over the years to buy and reform five old properties on the Costa del Sol. Nothing big, mostly suitable for first time buyers or small families. I aim to do more, probably in partnership with others (you?). As a father (and now grandfather) I also want to help young people get onto the property ladder, to have a home of their own.
It is not easy for the upcoming generation, mainly because the popularity and demand for this beautiful area has almost priced them out. Prices at the lower end of the market have doubled in the past 5 years. But the Government (Junta) is doing a lot to provide assistance. We will help as and when we are able, and I am sure you can too if you like. As a team we are preparing a proposal for ways this can be achieved, not-for-profit.
That´s enough from me for now. It´s better to let others do the talking – although it does make it sound a bit like a self promotion campaign! It is not meant to be, it just is what it is, or what was, and what I hope will be.
Besides, it is good for us to get to know each other.

Passion? In everything he pursues or he wouldn’t pursue it!
Love? His is decisions are based on this…not his feelings. He chose to make choices out of love NOT feelings which can change choices on a whim
He IS a soldier. There is NO such thing as an “Ex-Soldier”. That heart of fighting is part of his being. He fought as a green beret for country… NOW he fights different battles AND he is still a soldier.
He didn’t “work” for Princess Diana Anthony SERVED her for nearly 10 years. She called him a “trusted friend“. Working may not be a choice but an obligation. Service is a choice, a desire!
Anthony never converted anything. They morphed into his character. Things that we engage in become an extension of ourselves!!
